Soom Privacy Policy and Community Rules

Effective November 2, 2026 · Soom (soom.khclabs.com, iOS and Android apps) · Operated by Solivon (KHClabs) · 한국어

This is a translation of the Korean policy. If the two differ, the Korean version applies.

1. Community rules

Soom is an online space shared by many people. So that everyone can feel at ease, the following are not allowed. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and for the people who post it.

The megaphone has a filter for banned words. If you still see an inappropriate shout, tap the person's name on the megaphone strip at the top of the screen to report it or to hide that person's shouts. Developers review reports and block the megaphone of anyone who breaks these rules. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.

2. Information we handle

Soom has no sign-up and never asks for your name, phone number or email.

We do not access advertising tracking, location, contacts or photos.

3. Purpose and retention

4. Sharing and processing

5. Deletion

Information is deleted without delay once its retention period ends or its purpose is fulfilled. Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered. We keep no paper records.

6. Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop its processing, by emailing us below. Deleting the app or clearing the website's data also deletes what is stored on your device (device identifier, hidden list and settings).

7. How we keep it safe

8. Tips

Tips are bank transfers you send yourself through a banking app. Soom never receives payment information and uses only the amount of a deposit notice for the on-screen celebration.

9. Operator sign-in

Only a few operators sign in, with Google accounts; only the operator's email address is checked. Regular users never sign in.

10. Privacy officer and contact

Privacy officer: Representative, Solivon (KHClabs)
Email: solivondev@gmail.com

11. Changes to this policy
